Verne would sometimes switch up the order and called this one either SP x peru or peru x SP. He wrote on his websites that Koehres once sold these hybrid seeds, but never clearly stated the source of his plant. Did he grow it from one of those Koehres seeds?
This plant is chronically infected with various issues including fungus and TMV.
